The ANHS Boys Varsity Basketball team garnered two more wins (over El Dorado and Cypress) before losing narrowly in the Godinez Tournament championship game to South Coast League rival El Toro by a score of 60-57.  The Wolverines showed great poise and determination in coming back from an early 17-4 deficit to take the game all the way down to the final seconds before falling.  Scott Lynds and Jake Smith were named all-tournament selections for ANHS.  The team has a light week next week (only one contest) before entering the North Orange County Tournament at Sonora HS from 12/10 through 12/15.  Please come and support the Wolverines!
