The ANHS Boys Varsity basketball team clinched at least a tie for 2nd place in the South Coast League by defeating El Toro (57-50) in an exciting game at home.  After giving a great effort, but losing at San Clemente (74-66), the Wolverines then gained 2nd place for themselves by beating Dana Hills at home (63-50).  This also clinched a CIF playoff berth for ANHS as well.
