The ANHS Varsity basketball team gained victories in both of its games this week.  The Wolverines downed Marina in its home opener (71-49) on 12/20, and defeated a good Fountain Valley team (79-60) in the North-South Orange County Challenge at El Toro HS on 12/22.  The team will continue its schedule after Christmas by traveling to the Torrey Pines Classic in San Diego.  The Wolverines will be playing in the Senators Division of the tournament to be held at Santa Fe Christian HS in Solana Beach.  They will open the tournament against Mount Si of Washington (state) at 11:35 am on 12/26.  Good luck to the Wolverines as they will be playing through 12/29.
